Only four days to the launch of the first two Cycle Superhighways. As this picture of CS7 on Kennington Park Road shows, the way the cycle lane has been integrated into the existing structure skilfully reflects the local surroundings. In a puddle that appears every time it rains.
I like the blue paint; for inexperienced cyclists it often gives a good indicator of where primary is on the road. And if you don't know, that's on, or just outside, the edge of the blue paint; perfectly illustrated by the two cyclists in the photo.
