Local colour on Islington signs


In posh Islington, even the traffic signs are gentrified in a professional-family-with-gifted-young-children sort of way. This one's on the Owen St bike cut-through between City Rd and Goswell Rd...

    That's lovely. But shouldn't the bike symbol be gentrified as well as the people? Perhaps replaced by a nice Pashley with a basket?

    That's pretty but I wish they'd dressed the bike up too...maybe Duchafied it with some polka dots or some flowers.
